and its cold. I hate it but the kids they love it. They cant wait to go outside and play in the snow. In the middle of our apartment complex there is a huge bowl and the kids like to slide down it with there sleds... or on there buts. I like it because I can threaten them, if they dont clean there room they cant go out and play. It works great :) anyway I took some pics and video of the kids...
Last Monday night we went to the Church History Museum for family night with Carmen, BG and there kids. We had so much fun. There was a lot to see and we did not get a chance to see it all. When you go there they can give you a paper that will ask questions about certain objects there and you have to answer questions about it. It's fun for the kids. It's almost like a scavenger hunt. This is a great family night activity. After we went to Carmens house and ate cookies, drank hot chocolate, and played the Wii.... thanks Carmen for the invite we had so much fun!!! This time of year is my favorite. I love the holidays. I love the family togetherness (if that is a word), just everything, I love it.
So tonight we carved pumpkins. It was so much fun. I think Jason had more fun than the kids did :) Anyway here are some pics.
Here it is, we went to the Scarecrow Festival last weekend. It was so much fun. We went with Crystal and Joe and there family and my Mommy. If you missed it or have never gone before you will need to catch it next year. Its a fundraiser that our work does (Westridge Academy formally Utah Boys Ranch). Anyway a great family activity and the kids had a blast.
Jason had his 31st, yes you read right 31st, birthday on October 17. We did not get to celebrate it untill the 21st but i wanted to show off his birthday cake I made him. He keeps telling me he wants a Rubicon unlimited so thats what his cake was....
I just want everyone to know that I love my husband very much. He is an amazing man! I hope that he ended up with a great 31st birthday.
So every now and then I will take a picture with my phone and I thought I would make a slide show of them and post it. Just random stuff hope you enjoy.
It's not always easy and I dont know how to do it. Tonight we went out to dinner to say see ya later to my honey... Tonic. He is fulfilling one of his wishes by moving to Cali. he has always wanted to move to San Francisco. In just a few hours he will board his plane then he will be off.
I love you and hope that it is everything you wished it would be. I am going to miss you!
So a few weeks ago I went over to Crystals house to play with the kids for a few hours. We had so much fun. We made cakes! The kids and I had a blast. Here are some pics of our fun times!
That's right my baby is in kindergarten! Oakley started school on August 26, 2008. How weird is that... today they walked to school and Oak did not want me taking them or walking with them :( kinda sad. But when they left I did not know what to do with myself. Its such a strange feeling. But the stranger thing is Kinz starts middle school next year and Oakley will be going all day long! Goodness I feel like I am getting old.
Tonight was back to school night Jason and I got to meet all the teachers. I really like the school the girls go to. I was kinda upset at first because its a year round school but the more I get involved, which I try to do a lot I signed up for a lot of things, the more I like it. Well here's to a great school year!
So I just wanted to share this. The other day Lin and Joa (Jordan, for those of you that don't know who Joa is ) came over and hung out for a bit. We played rock band and it was so much fun. After that we took Lin to school, yes pick your chin up off the floor lin started school,LOL. Then Joa hung out with me for a bit. Although he probably only did because he had nothing better to do :) I enjoyed every minute of it. He said he would even dye my hair but I had to get home.... maybe next time. I love you Joa!!!!!

Last week we got the opportunity to spend a few days in Yellowstone. It was an incredible trip. Tyelar and Oakley have never been there before so they got to experience some cool stuff for the first time ever. Like the buffalo. We were comming back from a day of exploring Old Faithful and some of the Gysers and we got stuck in a traffic jam for about and hour and a half.... well when we got to the source there was tonz and tonz of buffalo everywhere. They kept getting in the streets (causing everyone to stop) not to mention everyone stopping to take pics.
It was a very beautiful place to be... it got cold at night but we all had a good time. We forgot to take pics of old faithful.... ok jason had the camera and never took pics but here are some pics of the hotspots... really pretty. 
So its been a while.... a long while. We had a Larsen family reunion that was a lot of fun. We went camping at Tinny Flats in Santaquin Canyon. The coolest thing was the hike... it wasn't a long hike we had all the little kiddies with us but it was so pretty. I really had a great time. So all of you that did not make it... you really missed out and I hope to see you next time!!
Sunday was a fun day. We went up the canyon in the jeep on a trail at the end of the trail was a lake. It really was a lot of fun. We went with Jasons mom and dad and Rob and Heidi.... wow that is a lot of ands. LOL. So as we headed up the trail there was a toyota that had rolled on its side it had to be moved so we could get passed here is a video of tipping it back over. While we were at the lake eating our lunch a baby deer came up to us. It was like 5 or 6 feet away from us. This girls totally freaked out but it was really cool. We hung out for a few hours and then headed home. This summer is starting out to be a real fun one. I love it!

we went camping this past weekend...just for one night. It was up at jordanelle, it was so much fun. We went with Rob, Heidi, and the family. So much fun can I say!!!! When we went fishing Mckinzi was the only one that caught a fish. We tossed it back but I think we should have caught it. It was the first fish she caught by her self reeling it in and everything on her own! we recently got a pop up trailer, which is awesome!, so this was our first trip taking it out. I love it. Its and '83 but it's still fun and in pretty good shape. Mostly we just relaxed and enjoyed the family so here is some pics and a vidoe or two.....enjoy.
